About the Program

Where Every Pilot’s Journey Begins

The private pilot certificate is your ticket to fly. At Dallas Flight Center, we teach more than what you need to pass the checkride. We teach you to plan ahead, make sound decisions, and fly with confidence and discipline from the very first lesson.

  • Aeronautical knowledge: aerodynamics, aircraft systems, regulations, weather, and navigation.
  • Hands-on flying: preflight, takeoffs, landings, turns, stalls, and emergency procedures.
  • Airport operations: radio communication and situational awareness in real airspace.
  • First solo: the milestone every pilot remembers for life.
